Dreamwave Beach House has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms,
sleeping up to 14 people.
Open plan layout with first floor tiled throughout.
The Parlour with fireplace and cozy window seat, dining room with
high ceiling and impressive skylight, dining table seats ten.
 Large,
fully equipped kitchen and family room with sectional sleeper sofa
and large flat screen TV for ultimate entertainment value. Kitchen
table seats 6.
 Family
room leads out to large Mexican-tiled courtyard with patio table,
chairs and double stainless steel barbecue.
Two and half bathrooms plus outside shower to
wash off after day at the beach.
All bedrooms and sleeping areas outfitted exclusively with Dreamwave
surf bedding.
Bedroom 1 is spacious with vaulted ceilings, queen
size bed, window seat, TV, sleeper sofa, large closet and stairs
leading up to loft bedroom 2, which has a walk-in closet and balcony
with palm tree view.
Bedroom 3 is large with queen size bed, big screen
TV, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Cherry wood floor upstairs
connect carpeted bedrooms.
 Bedroom
4 has a queen bed, vaulted ceiling, and private access to large
roof deck with sunloungers, table, and chairs and barbecue.
 Walk-in
closet and en-suite bathroom in bedroom with stairs leading up to
cozy loft with kitchenette, fireplace, and sectional couch. Wide-screen
TV with cable and DVD and wireless internet connection for laptops.
Additional Information:
Surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys available
for you to enjoy. Bikes provided free of charge and with 15 miles
of beautiful boardwalk shouldering the ocean, how could you resist!
Ping-pong table and treadmill in garage for the energetic! If you

Plenty of parking outside property, which is in the quiet downtown
area of Huntington Beach, four blocks from the sand and a ten-minute

Swimming, Snorkeling, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing,
Jet Skiing. Shopping, restaurants, bars galore. Disneyland is a
20-minute drive away, Los Angeles and Hollywood with Universal Studios,
Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive are one hour north.
San Diego is less than 2 hours south and a hop
further south is Mexico! 2 Hours east, you are in the desert mecca
of Palm Springs or climb 8,000 feet up to the mountain resort of
Big Bear, which has Water Skiing and Fishing in the summer and three
ski resorts operating through the winter.
